James Kelly

 

 

James Kelly was a Senior Science and Technology Manager at the Naval Underwater Warfare Center, where he directed and conducted research in underwater acoustics, sensors, signal processing, and ocean physics. His principal areas of interest are applied probability theory, mathematical statistics, and signal processing. He received the BES degree in electrical engineering from the Johns Hopkins University, and the MSc degree in engineering (fluid mechanics and electrodynamics) from Brown University. He completed all-but-dissertation for the PhD degree (statistical communication theory) from the Moore School of Electrical Engineering of the University of Pennsylvania.
